Mr. Daniel graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Economics in 1977. He has appraised all types of residential real estate, including vacant building lots, time shares, condominiums, detached and attached single-family dwellings, and small residential apartment buildings. Rick earned the prestigious SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute in 1988. He is a member of the Tidewater Real Estate Investor Group and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Virginia.
